GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 sticks butter 5 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple 1 (4 oz.) can shredded coconut 2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. chopped nuts 1 lb. crushed graham crackers (crumb texture) 1 tsp. vanilla Cream sugar and butter. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into tube pan and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Note: Let cake mellow for a day. |
