1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, finely chopped
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided in half
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. water

Mix meat, egg, onion, seasoning and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Bake in 8-inch casserole 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix remaining ingredients and bake an additional 30 minutes or until done. Sauce may also be used over pork chops. Serves 8.
