FIESTA LUNCHEON | |
1 pound hot pork sausage 1 cup bell pepper, chopped 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked 1 - 16 oz. can tomatoes, drained and chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 cup sour cream 1 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp. chili powder 1/3 cup grated cheese Cook and drain macaroni. Sauté sausage, onion and green pepper in skillet until sausage is done. Drain. Combine sausage mixture and the rest of ingredients except cheese. Pour into casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350°F until bubbly. |
