SAUSAGE SOUP 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 med. onions, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can ground peeled tomatoes
1 (14 oz.) can beef broth
1 chopped med. green pepper
2 med. zucchini squash, sliced to 1/2 to 1 inch
1-2 c. water
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. basil

Microwave sausage at least 2 times so there is absolutely no grease. Put liquid ingredients in pot first and add zucchini last. Cooking time approximately 1 1/2 hours. Can be served with Parmesan cheese on top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
