KATRINA'S PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
Melt 1 stick butter in 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle 3/4 cup brown sugar in butter.

Place sliced pineapples over this mixture. Place maraschino cherry in the center of each slice.

Place whole pecan kernels around the pineapple.

Mix a box of yellow cake mix as directed and pour over the above ingredients. Cook until done; let cool a little and turn upside down onto cookie sheet or serving dish.
