| FREEZER STRAWBERRY JAM | |

2 c. strawberries 1 box Sure-Jell 4 c. sugar Crush strawberries and add sugar; stir well. Combine 3/4 cup water with 1 box Sure-Jell and boil 1 minute (no longer). Mix prepared berries and Sure-Jell and stir until most of the sugar is dissolved for at least 3 minutes. Place in freezer containers. Let stand overnight (24 hours). Then freeze. | |
