SHERRIED BEEF 
3 lb. beef sirloin or round steak, cut & trimmed into bite-sized pieces
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) mushroom soup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. sherry wine
2 cans (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms or 1 lb. fresh, sliced cooked rice or noodles

Combine beef, undiluted and dry soups, wine and mushrooms. Do not brown beef. Bake, covered, in oven preheated to 300 degrees about 3 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 8 or more.
