BEEF SHERRY 
3 lb. stew meat
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Brown meat; then combine all ingredients and cook for 3 hours in covered dish at 350 degrees. Add a little water for gravy. Serve over rice or noodles. To cook in crock pot follow same recipe. Cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
