HOMEMADE BISCUIT MIX | |
5 lbs. self-rising flour 2 1/4 c. powdered milk 2 1/4 c. Crisco (1 lb. lard) 1 1/2 sticks butter Mix flour and milk, cut in Crisco and butter. Store in airtight container. Add water to make a stiff dough. Roll out biscuits or drop onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Use as Bisquick. |
