1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. mustard
14 oz. bottle catsup
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. water

Add all together in pan, cook on low heat for 45 minutes. Stir often.
