SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck or top round
1 lg. pork chop, ground
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
Yolk of 1 egg
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch of all spice
Pinch of dry mustard
Ginger ale

Mix beef with ground pork. Fry chopped onion in butter and mix with beef/pork mixture. Add remaining ingredients and moisten with ginger ale. Mix well. Make into size desired, usually quite small. Fry very lightly in butter for a few minutes. Put into a casserole with about 1/2 inch gravy from pan. Cover and bake slowly for close to one hour. They do not have to bake this long if the pork is not used.
