RICE WITH MUSHROOMS 
2 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S® or Iberia par-boiled)
2 sm. cans mushrooms (drained)
Soy sauce
Onions
Green peppers
Jayne's Crazy Mixed-Up Salt
Garlic powder
Salt (just a little)
Pepper
Oil
Optional: Chunks of chicken meat

Cook rice per directions the day or night before and put in the refrigerator. When ready to make, take rice from the refrigerator.

Saute onions, green peppers and mushrooms in a little oil. Add some rice, Jayne's Crazy Mixed-Up Salt, garlic powder, salt, pepper and sprinkle with soy sauce and stir. Add more rice, Jayne's Crazy Mixed- Up Salt, garlic powder, salt, pepper and sprinkle with soy sauce and mix completely. Turn stove off and let sit until ready to serve.
