8 qts. powdered milk
1 lb. box instant chocolate mix
6 oz. jar non-dairy coffee creamer
5/8 c. powdered sugar

Just mix all ingredients well and store in an air-tight container. Recipe can be cut in half. A 3 pound coffee can with plastic lid is ideal container for storing. To use 1/3 cup of mix to 2/3 cup hot water. Recipe makes about 50 cups.
