OATMEAL FUDGE CRUNCH 
1 cube butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 c. oatmeal (quick oats)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cocoa (reg. or instant)
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. peanut butter (optional)

Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Stir and let boil 1 1/2 minutes on medium-high. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoon on waxed paper covered cookie sheet. Let set until cool or firm.
