CHEESE DIP 
1/2 stick butter
5 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 can chili peppers or Rotel

Melt butter, gradually stir in flour. Add milk and cook until thickens. Mix dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Add cheese and Rotel.
