SNOW CAKE WITH TOPPING 
1 single layer cake mix
1/2 c. water
1 egg white
large box vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large container Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured pan. Put in oven at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Mix vanilla pudding, cream cheese and milk together good. Spread over top of cool cake. Spread crushed pineapple, Cool Whip and coconut over top. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Cut and serve.
