SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
In a large skillet cook 1 pound pan sausage and 1 large chopped onion, 1/4 cup bell pepper until meat is done and onion and pepper are tender. Stir in:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix well. Stir in 3 cups cooked egg noodles. Cook in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Variation: Add 1 cup grated cheese on top after baking. Substitute 1 pound hamburger for sausage.
