LEMON CHICKEN SOUP 
1 lg. can chicken broth, or 4 regular
1/4 c. white rice
2 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon

Add rice to broth and simmer until the rice is soft but not mushy. Beat the eggs with the juice of 1 lemon. Add to soup, enjoy! Try not to boil the soup, just simmer.
