GRAPEFRUIT DELIGHT WITH BRANDY 
2 grapefruits, halved
Sugar to taste
1 gill Courvoisier brandy

Scoop the pulp from the fruit without damaging the shells. Place the pulp in a bowl with the brandy and sweeten with sugar. Leave to macerate for 2 hours. Heat just before serving. Pour back into the shells and serve very hot.
