SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-9 potatoes (boiled with skins until underdone)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 - 1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Peel and slice potatoes into greased casserole dish.

Mix soup, onion, cheese and sour cream. Pour over potatoes.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over potatoes.

Mix rest of butter with crushed corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 40-45 minutes, uncovered, 350 oven.
