HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 1/2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
4 c. celery, diced fine
1 c. almonds, thin sliced
4 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
4 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Mix all together and spread in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle 2 cups crushed potato chips over top. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
