SWEET PEPPER RELISH 
24 bell peppers (1/2 red & 1/2 green)
3 c. sugar
14 lg. onions
3 pts. vinegar
2 tsp. salt

Remove seeds from peppers, chop peppers and onions very fine. Boil 5 minutes in clear water to cover. Drain. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Boil gently 15 minutes and seal in pint jars. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
