SMOKED TURKEY-RASPBERRY SALAD | |
Make individual servings. 3 oz. smoked turkey 3 oz. fresh spinach leaves, broken 1/2 oz. water chestnuts or broken pecans 2 oz. mandarin oranges 2 oz. fresh or frozen raspberries 3 oz. lettuce, broken into bite-size pieces 1 tsp. sesame seed Arrange all ingredients on serving plate. Top with 2 ounces raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Leave out turkey if you are serving this with a meal. RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING: 5 oz. raspberry vinegar 2 oz. fresh/frozen raspberries, pureed Orange juice 2 oz. sugar 2 oz. strawberry vinegar 2 tsp. poppy seed 2 oz. olive oil or 2 oz. vegetable oil Shake all ingredients together thoroughly. |
