MT. OLYMPUS BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 -7 1/4 oz. pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
3/4 cup (3 oz.) grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten

Brown meat; drain. Add onion. Cook until tender. Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings; simmer 10 minutes. Prepare dinner as directed on package. Spread 1/2 in greased 8 inch square baking dish. Top with meat mixture. 1/2 parmesan cheese and remainder of dinner. Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat. Blend in flour, gradually add milk, cook stirring constantly over low heat until thickened. Stir small amount into eggs. Return to hot mixture. Pour over dinner. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 350°F 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.

Serves 6.
