TOM'S VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans alphabet vegetable soup, undiluted
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 med. potatoes, diced
3 carrots, sliced
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans (or 1 pkg. frozen) d
1 (17 oz.) can corn (or 1 pkg. frozen)
1 (16 oz.) can green beans (or 1 pkg. frozen)
Salt, pepper, oregano, mint, garlic, sugar or other spices and seasonings to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.

NOTE: Can also use chopped turnips, sliced mushrooms or other desired vegetables.
