1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Grease the pudding mold and pour in.

Sauce:

1 container heavy whipping cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, very well beaten
4 tbsp. melted butter
vanilla (capful)

I beat the egg with mixer. Let the butter cool a little before adding. Steam pudding for 1 hour.
