1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese
Sugar to taste
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla

Drain and pat cottage cheese until very dry. Add remaining ingredients. Fill indentions of kolache. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
