POTATOES SUPER 
8 lg. potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and drained
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Boil potatoes with skins on. Peel 4 potatoes. Leave skins on other 4 potatoes. Cut in large chunks into a 9 x 12 inch pan - greased. Add bacon (broken into pieces) and cubed cheese.

Stir in mayonnaise to coat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
