SO-EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 can condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
Dash of pepper
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tbsp. butter
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Dash of paprika

Stir soup, blend in milk and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and soup in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot top with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes more. Serves 4-6.
