HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped hot pepper
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 pkg. Certo (2 containers to the pkg.; use both)

Mix all except Certo and bring to boil. Cook 3 minutes. Take off heat and strain (use fine sieve). Put back on stove, add Certo and several drops of green food coloring. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into small jars. Makes 6 - 7 jars (1 cup size). Cover with paraffin or seal with tops.
