A.J.'S FRUIT DIP 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipped cream
Assorted fresh fruit

Combine first 5 ingredients. Cook on medium, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Let cool completely and fold in whipped cream. Serve with sliced bananas, fresh pineapple cubes, pears, etc., or spread on banana nut bread.
