1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies

Mix vanilla pudding by directions on box. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and Cool Whip. Add pudding to the cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture. Grind Oreo cookies finely in a food processor. This will look like dirt (has white specks in it). In a plastic flower pot or other container, layer cookies, then pudding mixture, ending with cookies on top. Refrigerate overnight. Place flowers in the pot.
