STUFFED PEPPERS 
6-8 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. rice
2/3 tsp. salt (pepper if desired)
1 tsp. onion (optional)
1 can Hunts tomato sauce
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 or 1 can of water

Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds. Rinse. Mix meat with rice, seasonings, onion and enough liquid to moisten. Combination should be moist but not soupy. Pile mixture lightly into peppers.

Place in baking pan with soup and sauce to cover 1/2 of pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until peppers are done.
