4 med. potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. minced onion
Salt to taste
1 can French fried onion rings

Mix first 5 ingredients and beat until fluffy. Place in casserole and top with onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
