SCALLOPED HAM AND POTATOES 
1 tbsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk, scalded
3 c. potatoes
1 c. carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
2 c. left over ham
1 tbsp. butter

Arrange in casserole potatoes, mixture of flour, soup, milk, carrot and ham. Bake at 375 degrees until tender. Top with cracker crumbs. Serves 5.
