BAKED BEANS 
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 med. onions, sliced thin
4 tbsp. oil or bacon grease
1 (28 oz.) can pork & beans
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (17 oz.) can green lima beans
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Drain kidney and lima beans. Mix all ingredients well in a 2 quart baking dish or a bean pot. Refrigerate. When ready to bake, place in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. Stir well before and during baking. If you want a lot of juice, cover while baking, otherwise leave cover off.
