1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix without pudding
2 eggs
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temp.

Do not follow directions on cake mix box. In large mixer bowl, mix together the cake mix, 2 eggs and butter. Spread in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.

In large mixer bowl place the confectioners' sugar, remaining eggs and cream cheese which has been cut into cubes. Beat together until smooth and spread over first layer in cake pan.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 or 40 minutes. Cool in the pan on a rack. Sprinkle lightly with confectioners' sugar. Cut into squares. Makes 39 pieces.
