SWISS BLISS 
1/2 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. round or chuck steak
1 env. onion soup mix
2 sm. cans mushrooms
Green pepper, sliced
1 lb. can tomatoes, drained & chopped (reserve juice)
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/2 c. juice from tomatoes
1 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. parsley (garnish)

Spread 20 inch sheet oven foil with butter. Cut steak into serving portions, beat good with meat pounder so it will be tender. Arrange on foil slightly overlapping each portion. Place pepper slice on each piece of meat.

Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms and tomatoes. Season. Mix tomato juice with A-1 sauce and cornstarch. Pour over meat and vegetables. Bring foil up and over, double fold edges and seal tightly.

Bake 2 hours at 375 degrees. Garnish with parsley. Save juices to pour over potatoes or wild rice.
