BEST CHICKEN WINGS 
Up to 12 lb. chicken wings
2 lg. jars apricot preserves
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
1" piece fresh ginger root (peel & mince)

Combine all ingredients in bowl (to be able to mix well). Put chicken wings in large baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken and stir to coat chicken. Bake (uncovered) for 2 1/2 hours basting every half hour.
