3 c. cubed cooked turkey
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 slices tomato
3/4 c. crushed potato chips

Combine turkey, peas, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise; mix well. Spoon into greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish and place tomato slices on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Combine remaining 1/2 cup cheese and potato chips. Mix well and sprinkle over casserole. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
