CORN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

Mix all together, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yield: About 1 dozen.
