QUICK LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced

In large skillet, brown ground beef. Stir in onion soup mix, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles according to directions. Drain well and let stand in cool water for easier separating. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a 2 quart oblong baking dish, alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce, and cheese, ending with cheese. Bake until top is golden brown. Serves 6 to 8 people.
