POTATO PIZZA 
1 loaf frozen bread dough (thawed)
2 potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 c. Romano cheese
2 tbsp. Mazola oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Let dough thaw and rise. Gently stretch dough from time to time in pizza pan until it extends over edges about 2 inches.

Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Slightly fry potatoes and onions in oil for about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir until egg is cooked.

Place this mixture in center of dough and fold in extended dough to cover top of potato mixture. Press slightly to seal. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
