WATER CHESTNUT DIP 
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & minced
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for 4 hours. Serve with fresh vegetables. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
