EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 lb. potatoes
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. skim milk (scalded)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pare potatoes and thinly slice. Place in saucepan and add water to cover. Bring to boil. Simmer about 8 minutes until tender. Drain well. Grease a 3/4 quart baking pan. Layer half and half. Pour milk in casserole. Bake 35 minutes.
