2 tbsp. raspberry jam
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 pt. strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 small red onion, sliced
5 oz. fresh spinach

Whisk together all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Hull and slice strawberries. Add onions, mushrooms and spinach. Toss with dressing.
