THAI SALAD AND SALAD DRESSING | |
7 egg yolks Juice of 1/2 lime 1 1/2 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. mustard 7 tbsp. Mazola oil 2 tsp. condensed milk Beat egg yolks until stiff. Put in blender and add rest of ingredients. Beat well. Chill and serve over chipped lettuce, hard-cooked egg, green onion, tomato, green pepper, cucumber, combined, or any combination you wish. |
