UNCOOKED LEMON PIE 
3 lemons
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg whites for meringue
12 inch graham cracker crust
1/2 c. sugar (for meringue)

Squeeze juice from 3 lemons. In medium bowl, add lemon juice, condensed milk, mix well. Pour into crust. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add to the top of the lemon mixture. Brown in broiler for 2 minutes or until brown.
