SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2 c. deveined & cut up shrimp
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. grated onion
3 hard boiled chopped eggs
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives, optional
1 c. buttered toasted bread crumbs

Peel, devein and cut shrimp into small pieces. Mix with remaining ingredients except buttered bread crumbs and olives.

Put shrimp mixture into a well buttered 2 quart size baking dish. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with olives and serve.
