2/3 c. sour cream 2 c. Bisquick 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 egg Stir cream into Bisquick, add sugar and cinnamon. Mix. Add egg. Mix thoroughly. Turn onto floured board. Roll 1/2 inch thick, cut with donut cutter. Save holes. Twist donut into figure 8. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. After baking, dip into melted butter and sugar and cinnamon mixture. |
